Q:How does the multi-tenant architecture work?
When you register on Luran AI, your company automatically gets a dedicated, isolated tenant with its own AI agent. Each company on the platform has complete data isolation - your knowledge base, conversations, and customer data are strictly separated from other companies. This ensures 100% privacy and security.
Q:How does the AI stay up to date with my product?
Our knowledge ingestion pipeline allows for real-time updates. Simply upload new documentation or link your CMS, and the AI will ground its answers in the latest data.
Q:Can the AI handle refunds or payments?
Currently, Luran AI is focused on providing accurate information and troubleshooting. Action-based agents (e.g., for ticket creation) are planned for a future release.
Q:What happens if the AI doesn't know the answer?
Luran AI has a built-in confidence gating system. If it's unsure, it will gracefully escalate the query to your human support agents with a full summary.
Q:Is there a limit on document size for knowledge base?
We support large document repositories. Our ingestion pipeline automatically chunks and indexes your data for optimal retrieval performance.
